Prospects for State and Individual Responsibility in Cases of Aggression in the Context of Russia’s Armed Aggression Against Ukraine

Abstract Notwithstanding the war that raged through former Yugoslavia in 1990s, Russia’s aggression against Ukraine is admittedly first armed conflict of such a scale to take place almost heart Europe. The Russian–Ukrainian poses threat international order, and risks escalating into Third World War, especially if Belarus sides with Russia participate conflict. While it could seem 21st century all issues conflicts arising between states should be resolved at diplomatic level, accordance requirements norms relevant pacts treaties, humanity still turns destructive cruel way resolving them as war.
